How long will we keep your data?

  • Your information will be kept as long as you or your child is swimming and paying for lessons.
  • Once you or your child has finished swimming with the swim school your information will be kept for 7 years for tax and insurance purposes.
  • After 7 years of not swimming with Aquatic Dolphin Swim School your data will be deleted and destroyed in a secure manner.

 

How is your information shared?

  • Information is only shared with your child’s/your swimming teacher. This includes your child’s name, parent/guardian’s name, age, medical information, and level of the Swim England framework
  • The information you provide to Aquatic Dolphins Swim School will not be shared with other parties.
  • However, we will not be responsible for any of yours or your child’s/children’s information that may be gathered by the 3rd parties that we use when you provide your information to us

Individual Rights

Customers can opt of having their data help for marketing purposes, and when they leave the swim school they can request to have their personal details removed from the excel spreadsheet. Excel Spreadsheet is password protected, with password only know by the company director, Danielle De Cruz.
